Very bad service not responding any office

They are asking for extra money to deliver the courier otherwise they are saying that they will cancel the courier..its been already morethan 5 days..I don't know why they are doing this

I have booked a parcel thru this courier and a call came from a no 8910975151 . My parcel reached kolkatta on 26th march when asked this person using abused words and asking for more extra monet otherwise parcel will be delivered after 20th April. Worst experience in my entire life and company must take steps of the person who attended the phone using abused words . Worst courier service and people must not use this courier . Full waste of money, time and in end hearing abused words.

Such an idiotic courier service. Instead of keeping as professional you must have kept as foolish courier s. 1star is too much for their service

Worst service, even if we walk in, we go quickly

Courrier sent to Bangalore on 22.03.2024.But so far it us not traced in tracking waste courrier and tracking portal is not customer friendly.

I sent medical emergency item to Aadhiparasakthi college & hospital, But it delivered to someone in pudhukottai. Consignment no TRZ90017532 Booking office crawford branch not taking any responsibility simply saying we booked correct address.its main branch fault,then Why they take franchise
