I courier the medicine since 9 days to 56 km only but still it was not delivered

Booked on 28.02.2024 from Visakhapatnam to Jaipur....Medicicne in Courier..still not received..Very poor service worst kind of service I have ever seen.

A lot improved from past,keep it up.

Really professional courier service is very worst. It is better the peoples should go again to Indian postal service. Very reliable too. No response even we approach the booking counter to know the status of our booking. Service is worst, worst and worst.

Wort service charge too much money

One of the best courier service then , now one among the worst . Great achievement . Name has to be changed from professional courier to careless courier. On Feb 28 I have sent a courier from Chennai to thiruvarur till today (Mar 4) it is here in Chennai.

Stupid Service please avoid Professional Courier

Worst ever seen My courier was book on 27.02.24 from Aarvind Hospital Chennai to Dombivali. Still not delivered. When asked to Customer care no one is able to trace the cinsginment Now the say it pending but the reason is not known

A packet was booked for me from Rajkot, Gujarat for delivery at Thiruvalla, Kerala - RKT9502398 on 24.02.24. 8 days have passed. Not yet delivered to me. On line tracking shows incomplete results. Customer care or not a single contact of your delivery offices at nearby places responding. Very bad experience of choosing Professional. Will you please intervene? Nota rating.
