terrible terrible way to ship. estimated arrival dates kept getting pushed out without ETA. got recorded phone calls regarding shipment but since I had SEVERAL packages not received but the recording never provided the tracking number it was referencing. pay a small amount more and ship with another carrier. i have received items ordered and shipped in timeframes provided without delays.

Terrible! Took almost a month to receive a priority package and came to late!

My overnight package has taken so far 5 days

Excellent service for our package. Sent from north reading Mass and it’s already out for delivery in North Carolina.

Why can't the mail be any slower?

Order was shipped on Dec. 3. Today is Dec. 13 and package has not arrived. Very disappointed in delivery service.

Why I can never track a package when I send it through the United States postal service all you show is where it was picked up?

USPS you should get people that can read

Poor service at the Richmond VA distribution center. Packages get stuck there. Cannot be assured that packages received there will ever leave there.

Ordered a product on Oct 12 2021. Its now Dec. 13, 2021. Every time I call the company they say its arriving today. I wait. No package 3 seperate calls Im told this and they say it being sent by UPS. I check tracking and it says its in illinois somewhere waiting for package. W TH. Anyway not very happy. One can have patience for so long. I think Im gonna cancel that order and have them resend a new order. Ive never had this issue with this company before and I understand the isdies in the world but I have a late fee coming up for a bill on a product I NEVER received.

Send a package out 2 weeks ago and still in the town over from me. Paid 40 dollars. Better off going through ups or fedex

This was a 2 day shipment, PERISHABLE and a claim will be filed if the contents are bad! Still awaiting delivery after the 2nd day. It's Monday, 12/13 @ 10:54am, still not here! Why?
