I have 4 items I ordered just sitting there for well over a week now, and now amazon is telling me to either get a refund or order replacements. I have no idea what is going on there but this is completely ridiculous.

Just out here doing the best they can the good old u.s of a thank you. Package seems to be arriving promptly from Florida

Never had a problem when using the USPO

It took over 30 days to deliver a certified letter 15 miles. From day 4 to day 12 they would send me a notification that it would be mailed that day. Then all notification stopped I went to the post office and they said well it's taking longer to deliver things now we can't do anything until it's been undelivered for 21 days. Get FedEx delivered something from a remote location in Hawaii to Illinois in three days. USPS needs to be disbanded

My packages never get here on time & half the time are lost. So ridiculous.

My package has been stuck in Fayetteville NC for 5 days. It was supposed to be in MO last week.

I'm pretty upset. I have a tracking number and it says it was delivered. The recipient hasn't gotten it. This is irreplaceable. Why would they say delivered when they didn't deliver it?

I sent a package oct 15. It never arrived and then on 12/9 i received a letter with the top part of my oackage that had been secured to the box and the package was lost. Not happy. Especially after paying $18 to ship!

The box was dented and squashed on all sides!

Overnight PKG arrived at center at midnight, it sat there all night and all day, it didn't leave until I tracked it, 15 minutes before it was due. It is still showing it hasn't left the state of origin a day later. Very poor service

Wish could give negative stars has been departed from 1 hour away for 3 days now I could come pick it up faster

It’s not perfect (what is?) but we should all be thankful that the USPS exists.

The Post Office has lost 2 of my packages with tracking numbers nobody knows where they are just gone Asked the speak to the supervisor they don't even know where they are

Love it?!! Easy to use. I really like that I can see the location of my packages. That's a pretty awesome feature to have. Nice tracking site. I wanted to giveore than 2 stars, but the program wouldn't let me. Y'all might want to get that fixed.

Was supposed to receive a package back on back on November 30th a keep getting shipped around have no idea where it is cannot get an accurate tracking just tells me it's in transit this is absolutely ridiculous the US postal service should be shut down permanently from sending packages it's not happy at all I do not even give it a one star unfortunately there is no other option you would get a 0
