If I could give them 0 stars I would. Paid for 2 day shipping with notifications, got neither and package still hasn’t arrived. What a waste of money, will never use them again

When I voiced my concern about a post master having an extremely contagious scabies condition (crusted scabies) nothing was done. That is unacceptable to put the public at risk, especially when a customer is concerned.

They tell me a letter supposed to be there in three days it takes over a week and you actually have to pay for this lousy service

Took 3 day to leave to post office where I mailed the package. Horrible horrible service!!

USPS lied -they said that they tried to deliver pkg at 6am but scanned the pkg out for delivery at 7am. Then said pkg was available for pickup.

Orderd package dec 1 with it saying deleveing by dec 4 but it is tgursday dec 9 and still dont have the package

Absolutely pitiful! Worst mail delivery ever!! Priority envelope sent on 11/29 and here it is 12/8 and it still hasn’t arrived! What did I spend $8.70 for?? I sent Christmas cards the same day… they reached the same location in Two days!! Dern!!… go figure!!?

My neice paid 27.00 for 2 day shipping. I have sill not received my package. She mailed it on monday i should have gotten it on wednesday no such luck here it is thursday dec. 9th no package. I need this package cause it has my inhailers for my medical condition.
