USPS reviews

I have been super happy with our USPS. Especially during this holiday season. They have delivered a number of my shipments early. Our mailman is nice and fun to talk to. When I go into the post office I have always received friendly help and great customer service. Good job Folsom, CA USPS!

Package never received

I paid for priority mail for a package sent to NJ. Was suppose to arrive on 12/7/21 and see that it's in Maine on 12/8/21. This is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. Had my package from nov. 26th still not at my home, what's the problem

A certified package was mail out on Nov 23,2021 it has not arrived yet because it has not left Parkville yet to arrive in Texas.

No response from requests. Second USPS package that I ordered and not received....says delivered on last one, but WAS NOT!!!

Takes 9 days to get package from Denver Co would give 0 stars if possible

WORTHLESS!!! Incompetent did two day shipping on a package on December 3rd and today is 8th of December and I still have not. The tracking says it will be here tomorrow December 9th. What the heck I paid for 2 day delivery. Never again will I use the post office. It will be either UPS or FedEx

The postal employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional

2 day priority mail shipped Nov.30 2021 as of December 8th 2021 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ( 2 day package).
