Crock of crap if you want to send a package. I sent a package 3 weeks ago.....I should have driven the 11 hours myself to deliver it !! It still has not arrived and keeps saying it is in Pennsylvania, when it was going south to Branson Missouri . What the heck....I will never send anything through the post office ever again !!! I have contacted the post office, and so far, NO refund and no insurance payment for brand new winter coats, hats, and gloves. I'm beyond pissed !!!

Absolutely horrible tracking and USPS seema to be slower that walking ut there myself. 4 days to get from Jim thorpe to Philly ? Give me a break ! Hire more ppl amd pay them decent to get the job done right.

Good info and timely delivery.

I waited for weeks for my package I ordered from Amazon to come here to Canada only for the driver to deliver it to the wrong address and had it signed by someone who didn't own it. Very disappointing

been waiting on package 92612999951279581691057596 and it has been in the same spot for 2 days now, it was ordered on the 23rd of November and i believe was ordered with 2 day delivery and its been quite some time. i hope everything can be cleared up and i can get my package asap

The window clerk was very helpful and clearly explained my options. The item arrived as expected.

Almost never get get your merchandise on the day it supposed to be delivered. Ridiculous.

The mail guy always takes our mail to a diffrent street so I don't get my packages.

Package was to be delivered by Priority Mail on Saturday and now Monday evening and tracking just showers in transit.

Worse service, last time I send a package usps. Sent on the 29th and promised to deliver by the 3rd. Today is the 7th an still at the second stop. It seems the package was dropped in a corner at the Newark facility and never got out. Terrible service.

Order has not been received.Order went from Des Moines to St.Louis to Kansas city then to Chicago.Order should have went to me when it was in St. Louis since I live only 50 miles away.
