Charge for priority, say they deliver but do not.

I mailed a package on the 29th of November and paid for it to be delivered on Friday December 3rd.. Package has not arrived to recipient and tracking still shows it sitting at the Hattiesburg post office…

My package supposed to arrive today but the incompetency of US Postal Office distribution center at San Bernardino, CA redirected my Package to San Diego, CA instead to Santa Clarita, CA. USPS is the worse to ship a package.

Pathetic, INCREDIBLY SLOW, truly " snail mail ". They want another raise, my question, why do they think they are entitled to MORE money when they appear to be doing LESS work?

I get that there is a shortage on team members right now. However packages with USPS have always ran late and when you go inside a facility there is always a nonchalant attitude or they act like you are bothering them. The attitude and efficiency needs to be addressed.

have found usps no longer has my trust. have lost $ due to pkgs not delivered to my box by personnel, lost parcels & the attitude that the postal srv is right no matter how much they are wrong & will not step up. go fedx or ups. pony express history is taunted by current day incompetence. filing a usps complaint is a joke.

I sent a letter priority mail Monday morning from Jacksonville beach FL to Daytona Beach FL. It's only a 90 minute drive. I was told it would be delivered by Friday. It was sent to Tampa 4+ hour drive on the west coast of FL then back northeast to Daytona and didn't arrive by Friday.
