Horrible service. Should be against the law. Paid $10.65 on Nov. 1 for delivery on Nov 4 and now it is Nov 20 and package still has not arrived.

Mailed Priority Flat Rate from Memphis TN 38115 to Williams AZ 86046 on Monday,, November 15, 2021. As of Saturday, November 20, 2021 the Priority Flat Rate still has not been delivered to the destination. Priority delivery standard are 2-3 days. This is ridiculous for a premium service not to be delivered timely and as scheduled. Rates are increasing and service is declining and unacceptable.
