if I could leave negative stars i would. the post office in canoga park is horrible. lazy people who dont do there job right. my package has been sitting there for 5 days and has not moved.

Used priority shipping on November 12th & the package still not delivered on November 17th. Should be delivered on on November 18, which will be 2 days past the delivery date. Is this a mule train delivery?

Always on time or erlier

Package was 2 weeks late. It did not leave the first location until after it was suppose to be delivered.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Tracking inaccurate at best. Often totally in error. No details on progress. Often out for delivery for 2 + days. Typical for us to get a status of delivery attempted when no attempt was made. Would gladly pay my suppliers more to use a viable shipper.

Usps is the worst!!! They always Super slow, lies and loses my packages Last year USPS lost 2 of my packages to 2 different places I paid insurance and never got reimburse Now since Nov 11th supposedly my package is supposed to be stuck in Oak Grove for the last 7 days. I needed in Texas 3 days ago.Tracking says in transit..yeah sure I've heard that b4 too.
