My mail carrier is GREAT! The Chicago Heights P.O. is okay. Most of the workers are helpful but the supervisor, Reene is horrible, unprofessional and rude.

Package never arrived, when it said it did and your software doesn't show what address it was delivered to, if even delivered? Poor, can't send a package via USPO

Mail man always leaving package on someone else's porch saying it was delivered. The porch the mailman left the package on will not return the package so I loose my money plus the package

I get my neighbor mail in my mailbox, and my mail get delivered into my neighbor mailbox!!!!! It happens very often.
