Last time deal with USPS

Driver said no one was available at a building open 24 hours . Not cool

Package has sat at the same location for more than 24 hours. No way they will make the 2 to 3 day delivery I paid for.

Seems like Everytime I order something from Amazon. It goes a different Route. And it's always Late or Comes a day or two Late. Amazon needs to see who's Charging them for NOT DOING THERE JOB RIGHT.

Overnight now four days late

Totally undepenble 3 day gurns into 8 days

Two books were shipped to me by a friend and the package was ripped and the books are long gone. So USPS shipped an empty package. The local postal staff had no answers on why an empty package was dropped off at my house. The one staff person stated my friend should have insured the contents. I ask since it has a tracking #, when did someone have to feed the tracking machine my package? Crickets.. horrible customer service.

Why is your service not consistent? Sometimes it arrives so late that stuff inside have gone bad even if it’s priority packages and other times they arrive right on time. It’s supposed to be a 3 day mail and please staff and workers, you need to be committed and dedicated to doing your job. Things would’nt be perfect all the time but there are special times that we really need to deliver a package for something urgent. Anyways, consistency means a lot to your customers. We appreciate and are grateful for your services.

Package not delivered on scheduled. Tracking number was no help.
