USPS reviews

I mailed a box to my uncle from fort Lauderdale to Jamaica on September 23rd 2021. Today is October 26th 2021 and my uncle has not received or heard anything about the box. I'm so disappointed with the system.

Terrible service. Paid for 7 day del over a month now and still nothing . Tracking info says tried to del but I had moved, not the case. Also there has been a change in the cities my pack age was routed through

Paid to have my mail delivered late Monday evening to it's destination. Government workers need to do there jobs. People pay money. If it was free understandable but it was paid for it to be here as promise

Delivered on time that is great.

I was supposed to have an anniversary gift delivered on Sunday (Amazon). I was home, but the claim for not delivering my gift was that my driveway was blocked. It was not at anytime blocked. Now, it is after 8 on Monday and it still has not showed up. I’m very upset. What is the point in having Prime if things aren’t delivered on time. To add to my frustration I’m trying to track it, but the tracking site for USPS doesn’t show anything beyond Sunday. I’ve tried customer service and only get a prerecorded message. Who do I need to talk to in order to find my husband’s gift?

Sent a check with post office on Oct 14th certified mail from Nebraska to Warren, MI. Tracking indicated it arrived in Pontiac MI on Oct 16th at 10:58AM 30miles from final destination. As of Oct 25th the check had still not arrived as of Oct 25th. I will never use the post office again.

The Detroit facility is the worst.
