Just horrible service!!!!!!!!! Minus five stars!

When I see that it something has been shipped by USPS and I know it’s going to have to be delivered to my house and not in my mailbox, I am a nervous wreck until it gets here because they have a habit of losing it and then saying they delivered it

I have yet to receive my package now I have lost $300 plus dollars since the company I ordered will not refund me due to me not receiving the package was not their fault. I have had no update on the eta over a month! Unacceptable

I think all is great. If you don't exspect a lot Life is much easier. Glad there is a service. Be greatful

So slow, when I try to track it only indicates Canada, well Canada is a really big country! Would be more helpful to know where in Canada it is

I had a package sent priority shipping (2 business days delivery) and it took about 8 days to finally make it to it's destination. It was m.j failed out to me in Iowa and then was put in the wrong bin and was sent to Pittsburgh for no reason. I had to call to get my package found and sent back to me on priority shipping.

Shipping things first class and it still takes over 12 days to deliver 4 states away is ridiculous. Especially after the price increase.

Awfull Service, no customer service not even fir Certified Mail Sent. Ridiculous!

They do a wonderful job, even when their hands are tied due to the new "ideas"

Kevin at the Winterville NC office is always polite and very helpful. Even when short staffed. Kevin always serves with kindness.
