Receipt #840-51170236-3-5972189-2 Clerk 18 Did a superior job. It was an overseas package and she was efficient, pleasant and completed the task easily. Employees like that are hard to find. Actually the whole shift seemed to be pleasant and helpful to their customers. Good job, good team.

I live near LA ca. My package started there then went to Elks Grove, Illinois. That where it is still sitting! Rehydrate is that??????

I have been expecting mail since the 7th October. Finally received it yesterday. Mailed on 4th post marked 1st class. Absolutely pathetic. In the last 12 months the United States postal service has taken a nose dive into the realms of a 3 world ? organization. Whoevers in charge needs to get booted. Something needs to be done. A world class service doesn't just go bad overnight. 6,7, and 8 days to receive 1st class mail from Alabama, Georgia & Idaho.

My package is in transit for 5 days. I could had to pick it up myself in less otime.

In my 66 years as a resident of the State of New Mexico, the US Postal Service has never lost, damaged, or wrongly delivered a package I have sent or received. I cannot say the same for UPS, Fed-Ex, DHS, Wal-Mart or Amazon. Thank you, USPS!!

Everytime I mail something priority mail it's never there when its suppose to be there. I live in IN its going to Ohio, one state over and it sits in Ohio for 2 days and then ends up in Rochester NY. Why would it go to Rockchester NY?? It needed to be in Ohio by a certain date. I paid extra for it to be there on time. Now I'm gonna owe extra cause it's late, no fault of my own, and it set in Cincinnati OH which is where it was suppose to be for 2 days. Then I ck to see where it's at on the 15th and it says it's in Rochester NY. It left where it was suppose to be and ended up somewhere no where close to where its suppose to be. What kind of idiots work for usps?? And now I'm gonna owe late fees which are not cheap. Happens every single time. USPS should have to pay the fine not me!!!

We have a new gal named Susan in our post office in Wilseyville. She always has a smile and a kind word to say. Hopefully she'll be back from her training soon, I was getting used to seeing that smile each day. Good luck on your classes/ training, come back soon.
