I am again waiting for Transplant medication that has not been delivered from one state away. This delivery has shown Jersey City for days.. I can't believe you are still in business based on this poor service and track record. This is why a total rehab is needed for this below standard company. -F score for delivery in a timely manner.

Paid for next day delivery and my client DID NOT receive these items for his show DAMN I’m mad and need a refund!!!!! Could have paid normal delivery for this AWFUL Service

I can’t drive to the destinations that the USPS takes my packages to without paying a fortune. We are fortunate to have such a great asset to our country!!!

Package was never delivered..

USPS is Very Inadequate! My address is correct and my mail is normally delivered to my residence. However lately the mail is not delivered to my residence and I am told that the USPS had a hard time finding my mailing address. This is a poor excuse from the Felton Postal Service!

All I was trying to do was to send urgent medical records by Express overnight envelope. The envelope was addressed to Massachusetts the largest hospital 24 hours a day Hospital and there was no access for delivery in the middle of the day this is absolutely unacceptable criminal activity - intentional misdirection of the mail "Delivery attempted no access to delivery location"

I mailed a certified letter to NYC Sept 28 2021,still in Tennessee since Oct 01,2021.

The post office has continuously declined in service from vet past year, never arrives on time and for some reason all my package get stuck in Wilmington distribution center HELL!,

I mailed a Christmas card to my sister from North Carolina to Arizona last year it was mailed first class on December 15th she did not receive it till the first week of February and oh by the way I am consistently getting my neighbors mail in my box

Mailed on Oct 5 and received tracking it was delivered Oct 8. Not bad
