Supposedly my package that was supposed to be signed for by me was delivered today but I have no idea where it is. I paid for overnight shipping for a reason and they can't even get that right.

Doesn’t move fast at all no wonder everyone uses ups!

Never received 6 items that said were delivered and did not take pictures of delivery

I paid for next day delivery and it was not delivered! So why pay the extra fund when it doesn't happen! I am not happy!!

It’s crazy delivery! I sent this pakcage on two weeks ago. I couldn’t understand that it’s still in Chicago now? What’s happen? It’s should be in Seoul,Korea?

My Aunt sent a USPS priority mail to me on September 29. It said I'd have it on Oct 2nd. There has been no updates sense Oct 3rd and I still haven't received it. This is detrimental that I receive it asap!!!!

Mailed priority package 9/27 from Maine to Wyoming . Perishable .9/28 left Maine arrived in Jersey City on 10/ 3 . Has not moved since . Today is 10/8 . Customer service says 1-3 day response . 6 day journey to Jersey City from southern Maine and still hasn't moved forward . Service rots like my package . Thank you very little !!!

It's not going anywhere . Tracking shows or says it's moving but Not ! Package mailed from Maine on 9 /27 and departed southern Maine distribution center on 9/28 took 6 days to arrive at Jersey City for shipment to Wyoming . Priority box with perishables has not budged since . Customer service has a 1-3 day waiting time to respond on an upcoming holiday weekend . Hope the distribution facility rots in hell along with my shipment ! Thank you very little !!!!

Worst delivery people in the world. Left a package at the end of driveway in a garbage bag without tying the end. It was pouring rain. To lazy to at least tie the end of the bag.

Heidi at the Bay City office was exceptionally nice to me. An irate customer before me was cussing at her and I got upset. My mother had just passed away and after I witnessed that nasty exchange I decided to be compassionate to Heidi. She was Amazing! She would have hugged me if she could. After all the sadness I was experiencing, Heidi made my dad just a little bit easier. I sure hope to see her again! ❤

My Priority Mail Overnight Envelope still hasn't arrive. Lack of professionalism is a major factor here.
