Been tracking a package. Now tracking said it’s forwarded but doesn’t say where. No one to help.

Well if a mail carrier reflects the USPS then I will have to give it a 1rating. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and had it fixed with the post master for my mail carrier deliver my mail to my door on Fridays. He has not delivered my mail but one time on a Friday and has even lost his temper and cussed me for asking him one question. He is like a ticking time bomb ready to explode. He shook his fist at me and I actually was afraid he was going to come through the threshold of my door and physically assault me. There is no excuse for a mail carrier to become that aggressive. PERIOD!! He is a hothead and very unprofessional!

This new facility does not care about their customers.

Received an unwanted package from nowhere.

My packages always get to their final destination.... just sometimes a little slower than was first thought. The P.O works hard and has a tough job. People need to be more appreciative.
