USPS reviews

There updates are basically non existent. Was looking for a package insert tracking number and saw told package was in city of origin that message did not change for four days . My next update was it was delivered. Nothing in between.

I mail 3 packages on 9-7-2021 priority one arrive in 4 days second one arrived 8 days after the date on the receipt they gave me and the third one hasn’t been delivered it has been in Washington distribution center they have sent it to Maryland center but hasn’t been delivered but it goes back to Washington

We are having a terrible time communicating to solve our problem to USPS!! We are terribly disappointed with this very expensive $26.35 for a normal letter size envelope one-day service within the continental USA. Especially when regular letters arrived expeditiously.

I ordered a package on the September 2nd & put in for tracking info & today is the 29 & my still no info & no package. The info I keep getting is its still at the Atlanta Ga. Post Office!! I live in Wetumpka Alabama so how long show we wait. Its paid for so maybe they forget!!!

I love my USPS! They are always helpful in person and online. Thank you for always being there for me!

Been waiting almost 3 weeks and still says In transit

I send & receive packages daily and most of the time I'm disappointed. They are usually late and the packages I send out never get scanned in & they r lost.

Have not received my package. Was Priority mail. Supposed to be here 1-3 days. Now all it is saying in transit, arriving late. For 3 days now. I suppose they lost my package.
