I sent a letter from San Lorenzo California to Sacramento California DMV and for some reason it's in Tennessee these people couldn't get anything right complete incompetence incompetence

USPS tracking is garbage! It says my package has left the facility yet I call and make sure and they say its there and won't be delivered until tomorrow when the item is literally 20 minutes away.. SMH!

My experience was good. Luckily it was not crowded so I get in and out quickly. She explained all my options and did not try to push any up grades

I've been using the us post office since 1968 they never let my family down.and these days are a little tuff on all of us I think we should support our post office and their hard working staff.

Package sent September 7 2021 to New York, New York why still in transit. Was suppose to arrive September 11 2021 to New York, New York

If there was an option for less than one star I would have chosen it. Horrible service- never using USPS again! Ordered a part for my car and paid an extra $50 for 2 day delivery to Canada. Two weeks later I am still waiting for it- tracking shows that it hasn’t even left GA yet! Totally unacceptable!

No updates for 8 days???

I spent almost $30 and was guaranteed delivery next day. Now my son can’t start his new job tomorrow. Thank you very much

The postal service has been horrible

Poor service. You pay for priority 3 day and is delivered late > 1 week

It is the worse I have ever tried to find my package and calling customer service is a joke!!

Ya , post office guy help me fill out form to mail package overseas , filled it out wrong , now package is somewhere , nobody can find it ???? Probably stolen , its in this country but where ???

A certified letter from Long Beach mailed on September 14th has taken 7 days days so far in transit tonher to Los Alamitos a city next to Long Beach. I could have walked to Long Beach and arrived in LosnAlamitos in less time it has taken so far. And paying extra for certification to boot. I think your service stinks.
