So terrible I paid for a service, and its not comply with what should be, almost a week and the pack still not been delivered

Never Deliver on time.

Always had excellent service friendly staff and I have a great mail person for home delivery

I sent a large letter from my local post office to Auburn Hills, MI. I paid extra to have out electronically tracked. This morning when I tried to track the letter I got no information from the USPS site except to "try again." I could have driven the letter in two hours, but five days have passed and the USPS can't even tell me where the letter is. Not good.

Package not delivered yet. Delivery was scheduled for Friday.

I was to receive a package September 4, 2021 I have been home all evening then I get an email stating it is being held at the post office per my request which is a lie. I hope Amazon begins using another delivery service. The USPS needs to be shut down it is no longer like it used to be.

Memphis USPS is taking over a month and half to process a package.

USPS always get my mail/ package delivered ahead of schedule, because whenever I check my receipt for tracking information it's delivered already Thanks USPS

Mail delivery is always prompt

Your employe was very kind and helpful to my wife. Everybody seems to be in a hurry and short with people. Your guy was not only helpful to my wife but also to the person ahead of her in the line. Good employees are hard to find these days. If you can, please thank him for him for my wife and for me.

Horrible service from PR mailed my package on8/26 was to arrive 8/28 n it's still in transit

Priority flat rate envelope sitting in Washington D.C. distribution center since August 5 today is September 3 still waiting for delivery!

Parcel misdirected to Hermann MO instead of Philadelphia PA. Seems to be lost. Site does not work, I cannot rate.
