My last two packages has been late

Package mailed since 8/24/21 as priority. 1to 2 business days,Up till 9/1/2021, the package has not been delivered.

PKG sent 08/16/21 to Mustang ok still not rec'd by recipient as of today 09/01/21.

Guy on phone horrible. Didn't check anything. Went to post office. Better info

Horrible service. The only business that makes YOU buy insurance in case they fail at delivering your mail or it gets destroyed in one of their lovely machines. Forget about putting a change of address in, you will never see your mail again! Then try to call them....hahahaha, good luck with that. The U.S.P.S. is horribly broken. Perhaps the worse postal service in the world.

I supposed to get a packadge by August 31 from Puertp Rico that was send August 30 overnight we paid 260.00 and we dont know where the packadge is

Un professional lied and threw a note in box. I was there the whole time trying to get their attention they didn’t even stop long enough for the car to settle

Horrible I was left a note stating that there was no safe place to leave package. But what they didn’t know was I was right down the hill from them running to catch up if they would have even stopped long enough to check for a place I would of caught up to them but they barely stopped and tossed the note in the box a took off. So the mail person already had the note prepared before hand meaning they never had the intention to stop. That was very un professional ex specially from a federal employee

It's been GREAT service to me

USPS package delivery times are pathetic! It takes longer to get a package send from out of state than from Europe. What is the reason that packages sit for days in st. Louis. Then are rerouted to the Chicago area and send back to the st. Louis area before finally getting to southern Illinois. I'd rather pay more and get my items on time!

The postal clerk was very good polite and efficient. She knew what needed to be and did it well

Priority Mail 4 days to travel in State 170 miles not acceptable.

Can't believe I mailed a package a week ago and it hasn't left the distribution center I would have thought it would gotten to it's destination by now

It says my package has been in Newark New Jersey since Friday that's 5 days ago!!!!

Always support our USPS. It has been under attack to privatize for decades. This is a reliable institution that is over 200 years old and in our constitution. Every negative review is a point for the billionaires trying to take it. I love our USPS.
