Took 2 months for my house payment to travel 17 miles from the bank in my home town to the bank my house loan is at. Now they have lost my Amazon order.

The postal worker is always very nice and helpful everytime I go into the postoffice and he is on duty. Very efficient worker.

Package just sits at the same location for days on end....no tracking updates, no information available. Hell i could drive to the location pick up my package in an hours time and yet it takes them several days to scan it and deliver it...pretty sad....if i knew my package was going to be sent by them i would have paid for overnight delivery so i could actually get my stuff.

pkg was sent as a Priority 2day from Calif to IA. on 7/30 for a wedding event. pkg wasn't received until 8/7. even considering weekend days..this was not acceptable and upsetting for our customer. And weather was not an issue for delay!

I think they offer a great service.

I send my package and it’s almost 2 month still not reached

Packages have been late 90% of the time

Your tracking is lousy. Mail package on the 4th. Showed it went to Pensacola FL. Here it is the 7th. It shows it never left there. It's suppose to be delived in PA today .

USPS tracking is the best - updates by text are thorough, on time, and easy to set up.

You guys (and girls)are great. The package I sent arrived sooner than promised. I'm a retired letter carrier and people just don't understand how hard this job is. Every department is short handed. The overtime is over the top. The carriers (most anyway) do their very best to get the mail and packages delivered timely.

Package did not get deliverd to my address.
