They lost a $75 package and the tracking number said they delivered. It never came. My ring doorbell camera verified no package was delivered when they said it did. No one ever followed up, got back to me or acknowledged my calls and written complaints. I’m just out that money. This isn’t the first time either!

My package was lost. It wasn't a small package. So how would this happen? Could it possibly been stolen? It was over an $80 item. Wish I was able to choose a carrier, because I would not ever choose to use usps. Anything I have shipped through you is usually just late, but now it's MIA. Thank God it was an irreplaceable item. Thank God.
