They don't drop it off at your door that multi people live in they also should go up to you apartment

I mailed a package to Barbados almost 2 months ago and it has not arrived. I believe it is not lost or intransit but stolen

The san juan office service is very bad. I was two weeks without receiving any correspondence or packages. Right know i have a package that tracking says is out for delivery since July26 and I have not received the package.

Excellent service, my package was received in two days. Can't get any better.

I sent a package from St. Louis , MO 63136 to Henderson ,NV 89015 on July 20 2021 , First Class mail . As of July 29 ,2021 the package has not been delivered.On Friday , July 30, 2021 it will be four weeks that is package is walking to its destination . Very poor services .

Give me a tracking number I entered it and no information about it and what's the purpose you guys aren't making the grade on this thing!

I mailed a package on July 8th to woman within catalog. That package has taken almost 3 weeks to get to Memphis Tennessee. That is an inordinate amount of time. That is my complaint.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 7/23. It still has not shown up!!

Often not updated until it's delivered or you complain....there is no way this is automatic (as it should be)....its entirely hand entered...eg...postal Office in Walnut Creek CA...recieved a parcel, said it couldn't be delivered (Despite my being home that day and no notice being left), then I said please redeliver...updates stated 7t should be there before 8 pm...no delivery...I went back on line...and it was updated to say attempt was made....next day I called...they said package was still in Georgia...I told them their tracking was wrong then....next day went to post office...the package was listed as out for delivery...the clerk took forever, then came out and said it was returned to the originator as undeliverable due to no response from me...I looked on line to the tracker and they had changed it while I was waiting...shady as F.
