Always so reliable and on time delivery.

Package was to be delivered 3/21-3/25 this 3/27 & my package is still in Georgia since 3/21..."delayed". Somebody is not paying attention....do your job. Very disappointed in quality of USPS@ this time.

I paid for 1 day delivery and took them 4 days deliver it. Very disappointing

Very dissatisfied with the services I paid for a two day delivery it took my package 12 days to reach its destination and I still don't no if it actually arrived I've been tracking it and it says it was delivered? But I'm not so sure there was there was some very sensitive information in this package if for any reason this information got into the wrong hands someone going to be held accountable.

why do you bother paying for 2 day service if it doesn't get there for 5 days...what a total RIPOFF!!

Terrible service. Package sent 2 day mail and 5 days later still in transit somewhere but no idea where. 3rd time this has happened and once received birthday card over a year lat

& for some reason I was not able to file for the insurance havin lost very important mail!

Still have not gotten back my $1,000 in cash sent to someone in need & now I'm having to pay interest in that thousand dollars since the Postal Service cannot be trusted having cameras everywhere but in the work areas and so this needs to be arranged so people know they will be caught stealing people's mail and they do more damage to someone than they know. The Postal Service is responsible for Our mail yet they won't refund anyone's stolen money and there's no policy saying not to send cash! I'm to go to higher authority about this!!!

Scary! Our mail gets sent all over the hood and apparently the state. We often have late and missing mail. Currently Im waiting on a small pkg that was suppose to arrive 7 days ago. Its been sent to at least 4 different state distribution centers and tracking states its currently in route to its destination? 7 days ago it was 10 miles from my address and then went hundreds of miles to 2 different states. The Pony Express or Messenger pigeons probably made faster and more acurate deliveries.

Mailed package On the 20th of this month, package was supposed to arrive. In 3 days still has not been delivered and now is in Ohio. On its way to Maryland. Terrible service. In terrible attitude

So very disappointed in usps service. Sent box of books to granddaughter in January … only thing received by her was the paper wrapper that was around the box. Sent another package last week; estimated delivery date was yesterday .. not delivered today. It’s been sitting in Jackson, MS since Monday. What gives?

Service is horrendous! I sent my tax package via priority mail on 3/6 and it is still stuck at the Palmetto facility as of 3/27. Problem is, it is my tax package I was sending to my accountant who is now out of the country until after 4/15. I was sending early so taxes could be prepared before he left. A further problem, I di not make copies of the documents because until now,I have never had a problem in 42 years! USPS has to fix the problem! SOON. My rating would be a zero star at this time!

Had a letter sent certified mail on March 12/24.When I track says still at same Post Office. It’s March 27/24. Says estimated delivery date March 15/24 Called and was told it takes up to 14 days? I would have been better off sending regular mail.

Terrible! Sent a pkg. on Saturday per Priority mail so it would arrive for Easter. Today it's still sitting in Milwaukee! Will use UPS in the future. Maybe they should get rid of DeJoy.
