The Monee IL Postal Staff did what they said when I sent out documents to Irving TX it arrived there today .. now I wait to see how long it takes before I receive my updated documents returned.

Bad service late delivery

I have been on a buying binge since December 2020. I have to say, I haven't had ANY trouble with any of my packages shipped with USPS. One package did however, come pretty mangled up. The package was still delivered on time. Also came with a note that explained it got jammed and to notify them immediately if the items were actually damaged. They weren't. I'm saying though, they owned right up to it. And streamlined the damaged item process for me had the items been damaged. What more could you ask for. My only complaint, and I don't know how big of a complaint it is, os the fact that our postal ladies' delivery time varies from day to day. Sometimes it's 10:30 a.m, or as late as almost 2 in the afternoon. Seems like a large window. Other then that, no complaints from me.

Missing packages most of time. They probably don’t take the time to make sure is the correct house.

Package was left in driveway 15ft from covered porch in a downpour.

Lazy and pathetic WILL NOT DELIVER if it is larger than the mailbox in the complex. We have to personally to go the post office and pick up our packages. Needs to be investigated by Washington DC.

Please help me to review why I have not received my package yet. It has been a very long time. Tracking says it is in Mexico Airport since July 3er. Track number is UA455366965US

Package one week late. Tracking shows out tired delivery- three days ago.

P.O. said up to 5 days. Received in two days. The USPS still rocks it?
