I have a CHECK COMING PRIORITY MAIL. OVER A WEEK AGO AND IT SAYS IT IS JUST SETTING IN MASSACHUSETTS

USPS haven't been good to me

I want to know how it is moving, where it is at the moment.

I don’t understand how a package paid for at priority rates, headed for the Dominican republic, winds up several days later in Chicago, and from there Is sent to places unknown! What is the point of paying priority rates when this happens. Package was mailed on June 16. It is now June 30 and it is still not in Santo Domingo.

Stay away from these incompetent people! They lost my package which was Priority mail and had tracking paid for and it took them more than 90 days to even provide a simple explanation! They deserve -100 stars!

I like that it can give me where the truck is, but it usually is slow or not accurate. For example, it will say the truck is still at the usps facility, even though my package already arrived.

I mailed a Passport renewal to Philadelphia on June 9, 2021. The passport center is in Philadelphia. It got to Philadelphia on June 12, 2021. Today is June 24, and still has NOT arrived at the passport center. I filed a complaint 2 days ago, still no Resolution. USPS IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I will use any other service in the future, even if it costs 10X as much. It is not wonder they MUST be subsidized by the Taxpayers. Total Failure.

It says my package was delivered June 19, well it’s June 24 & I haven’t received it!!!!

my package was mailed on June 13th, I received it on the 22nd. It was a flat rate 2 day shipping. The box was crushed wet and torn on the edge. Thank God nothing was broken or missing. I will not be shipping through USPS ever again.
