Quality service at a good price

USPS always comes through for me.

My packages never arrive by the estimated delivery date. Once they arrive at the Baltimore Post Office, the tracking is always “they will deliver late” with no new delivery date. I’m waiting on medication!!!

After 8 days my letter is still in transit! There is something wrong with the system!...

Honestly, I wish I could rate zero stars. My packages are never on time, including when I pay exorbitant amounts for overnight shipping. It also seems that USPS hires only the most incompetent workers they can find.

I'm waiting for more than a month for my Dad's parcel from side lake MN., until now, I'm still waiting for it.. Hoping to receive it soon. I understand our situation of pandemic..

USPS has destroyed itself with incompetent management. Christmas cards I sent went to states in the wrong direction before arriving at destination after weeks of travel. Recent 3 day priority package has taken 8 days so far and still not delivered.

Better than any other delivery service in my area...

I give the usps a Zero because my grand children to this day have not received their package i mailed December 29th 2020. Would be nice to know who's family that works at usps enjoyed the gift I sent. I can be contacted at 9202053504. I would love to be reimbursed the $50. It was worth. My daughter received her package that was mailed at the same time. Thank you

Independent contractors in rural areas should deliver mail and packages to residents. Regardless of bumpy, but safe road. It's what they signed up for when taking job in rural area.

Why put packages in the USPS when they are being delivered by UPS ?
