One month, three packages, two damaged. Can I change my two star rating?

Excellent service mailings my package and tracking system.

Still waiting for my package is been 3 weeks from puerto rico is only 3 day we're is my package..

The packages usually come undamaged but recently have been coming later than expected.....

We are sending a package to Minnesota, in 1week is in LA. Another time I order on EBay an per your tracking was placed in locked box. If true was placed in wrong locked box.

Delivery takes a really long time, if you get it at all, would much rather deal with a carrier. There is no one you can speak with regarding lost shipment and no accountability from the post office.

I was suppose to receive my package on May 15, 2021. It is now May 16 and I havent heard anything about my package nor have I seen my package.

Is over a month a half that my package is in Jamaica New York, is been stock and I don’t understand why

USPS noted how to deliver my package but I never received it !!! I was stolen by the USPS!!!

I haven’t gotten my package and its been a few days

They always lose my packages. When i call, they assure me that they will do investigation and get back to me, but they will never get back to me. Last time, they didn't deliver my package but they lied about it.

I'm giving it one star but it deserves zero. The experience have been the worst. I've lost a lot of merchandise and had to ask for refund that I didn't want. Sometimes I received the merchandise weeks after the day I should. I'm really lost faith in USPS. Pleaaaaaase! Do something fast!

I paid an extra $8 so a birthday and Mother's Day present you get to my mother in Florida they promised by Friday or Saturday and it's Sunday and it's still not there and it's not showing anything on the tracking I want my money back
