The worst service ever. My package took 7 days from San Juan to New Jersey Distribution center. As of 5/7 still not delivered. What happened to 3 day delivery?

I've received and sent MULTIPLE packages thru USPS and it has blown ups AND FedEx BOTH off the map for me with superior speed, ability to track, and information provided. Very nicely done ~ Thankyou

Sad that the mail is slower than ever before. Used to be 3 days for mail to arrive from MI to WA, now taking 11 days. At least it gets there.

This is 2nd package lost in this month it was eithernever deivered or left i mail room even I aways ask to leave by thedoor to my apartment.

Awful service. I paid a lot of money to make sure my package was delivered on time. No explanation was given as to what happened to my delivery. It’s three days over due. As of now, it hasn’t even been delivered. It’s still in route. What does that mean. I should have gone Federal Express at least it would have been on time and cheaper than what I paid.

Am so disappointed, This is the second time this year that I shipped packages on 24 hours delivery paying so much and never delivered on expected time . Shame on USPS

This is the most poor system corrupt messed up mailing system in the United States and somebody needs to do something about the way the package I sent particularly the Memphis post office and the California postal system it should not take 3 weeks four package to get to me from California
