I would rate you less than one if I could. Now not only do you refuse to deliver to our homes but the person delivering a woman locks the doors and refuses to hand a package to you. We were told we can pick it up when usps is on site and now we can’t. Seriously what is wrong with you all?

My package has not came yet

My package which supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 days but the last information is that it is on transit to the destination from the April 15 the 2021 with no further information

Had my package at a carrier facility for a WEEK that’s 15 minutes from my house and refused to relinquish said package to me in person. I had to “wait” for their delivery.

Our postal service depot has always been very helpful with anything or what we ask for or need. I can't express to you how that makes us fell!

Packages are arriving extremely late, very frustrating.

Finding a package is impossible customer assistance is practically nonexsistant my package has been 45 miles away since April 14th this is May 1st so my package is LOST I assume but i keep getting that never ending loop of no one to call

Tracking is confusing and inaccurate. Why two tracking numbers on receipt?? Text option doesn’t work.

The worst company, there is no daily update not a detailed explanation And the items it take too long to arrive
