You all are the worst delivery service ever

My plants/trees are “in transit” for 2 WEEKS from a place I could have driven to in 3 hours. 0 stars

I never get packages on time, and tracking never works... Most recently I ordered from Amazon and it's two weeks late with no updates since original ship date three weeks ago. I've had ro have several orders replaced by original company because they have been lost, get with the program and actually update your tracking and maybe people wouldn't have packages lost in the mail.

Tried to track a package, have a number and it says waiting on package. Not even given a city name. Mail is slow, I mailed a check over to the next county last week I am hopeful it will get there before the payment is late. It used to be if I ailed something with in the state the letter would arrive with in a day or two now it can take a week or more. US Postal service needs help! Hopefully Biden will undo the problems Trump caused. Giving it two star instead of one because the employees I have dealt with go above and beyond. Awesome group of people having to deal with a messed up under staffed place of business.

Missed the delivery guy, apparently I had to sign for the package, was never told about that, very annoyed

The package was due for deliveri 4/26 and was not delivered.Why?

USPS service is terrible nothing is ever on time and and everything gets stuck in Detroit/Allen park Michigan all the time. I don’t know why people continue to use USPS.

Was told package should arrive on Monday but not promised. It arrived on Monday. Great job

why would it take ten days to be picked up in New Jersey, and get to Illinois? The package is bound for California. It is a week overdue

This is ridiculous! I paid extra because this was a time sensitive item. It has gone from Lebanon, OH where it sat for a day even though it was mailed prior to the last pick-up to Cincinnati to Pittsburgh back to Cincinnati where it sat again then back to Pittsburgh. It has been 7 days and it still has not reached its final destination!

Worse service in the USA. I have a package that arrived in PR many days ago and they still have not delivered it to me.

They said it would arrive on Friday and here we are on Monday and my important documents have not arrived to there destination. This is a racket!

Just wondering for a package going to upper Michigan would get sent to tn.
