An Amazon order that was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday (yesterday) was supposedly delivered and left at my front door was not delivered! Why tell me it’s delivered and it wasn’t? Now it’s a guessing game wether it was sent to wrong address or just delayed!

Every time we get a package from anyone that ships with USPS something gets screwed up. I don’t know why it says access to our door wasn’t available, we live in a townhome that has nothing blocking the door. When I tried to call the number, got an automated system. When I tried the website, no answers there either. I just want a reliable way to get my packages, period.

Post office does an amazing job considering the sheer volume it deals with. Wait lines are long, though. Hire some people!!

Book sent from Palm Harbor to Chicago on 2/26/2021. It hasn’t arrived yet. That doesn’t sound good. Terrible service!
