With the exception of some hold ups in December 2020, I have always found them to be friendly and reliable. Their package pricing is comparable to other services and a whole lot cheaper than I could drive them.

If I could give a negative star I would. You always drop the ball with my packages. Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it’s been stalled out in Mass with no updates.

Sent certified mail receipt on 3/29 with estimated delivery date of 04/01 whic after checking MANY times it said delivered 4/3 and this is 4/10 and still NO RECEIPT, I’m DONE mailing by USPS
