Broken boxes too many days to delivered

Service is very good at this USPS. I APPRECIATE YOUR HARD work AND Pleasant attitude at work. Thank you for your help.

Sent a package to my son. He never received it. Was told it was delivered to the apartment building next or and they would get it back and bring it to proper building. Never happened. Filed a claim for the $50 insurance. Was denied because ‘package was delivered’. Will never use them again!

Shipping is horrible. I paid for overnight and its not even there yet

The tracking is behind over a week at this point with no other way to get information on my order! Not even from my local post office! They use the same system to get tracking information. The seller is in the same situation. They had a tracking number assigned hut USPS is oit of touch with reality again. Should have used UPS or FedEx.

Ordered merchandise March 4th and here it is April 7th no merchandise went to track it it says it's still in New York I'm in Indiana. Just awful services.

Useless and miserable. No proper tracking. No on time deliveries.

Showing same non specific location for 4 days!!! No idea where this pkg is!!

When my regular letter carrier is working I do not get any misdirected ail. When there is a six. on the route I get app. 3 pieces for every 5 deliveries.
