The trend of closing facilities, cutting service, and staffing is destroying a once great institution. The current Postmaster General is an embarrassment that would have Ben Franklin rolling over in his resting place, he should be drummed out ASAP.

Mail was taking way too long to get my life ins bill delivered so i sent it priority mail with tracking # and it is a joke. Can’t figure out where is my bill????

i am very disappointed because I paid extra to send my packages by priority and 8 days later the items are not yet delivered.

Too many delays and longer delays each day. It is time to shape up or privatized the service. Puerto Ricans are too lazy, and with so much financial help, nobody wants to work.

There were tornado warnings yesterday which I understand so it was a little late than expected but I do recommend them. Thanks
