Worst service you could imagine. Never use the USPS. Please don't intrust anything with this awful department. Try UPS or FedEx, anything else. Where's my package with my medicines??????? They don't know!!!

The USPS has become so unreliable its not funny. Have had 2 packages either shipped by me or sent to me in the last 2 months that have taken almost 2 to 3 weeks to deliver and we're sent priority mail. If priority mail isn't 2 to 3 days service remove it from all advertisements. State 2 to 3 weeks. Then the workers give you the typical Covid speech. They just have packages sitting. I go into a post office about 3 times a week to pick up mail and alot of it sits in bins or carts until they get to it. There is no sense of urgency.

I have been trying to track a package that should have been received 2/26. All I keep getting is “In Transit”

They tell you your package will be there in between 1 to 3 days. Here we are 8 Days Later and still no package. I am going to start using FedEx or UPS.

I’m all set with the United States Postal service. First time shame on you, second time shame on me.... never again. They have the worst customer service on the planet. There are too many other options to send your packages these days.

The last 3 packages have been opened and last package sent out, not delivered!!!

No person to give you information on the where abouts of your priority express mail. It's been 11 days and no delivery.terrible service

Horrible service Says it will arrive 3-5 business days its been 3-5 business days + 1 week. This isn't the first time either... If you can't handle the volume than DO N0T ACCEPT anymore packages!! so they can ship it some other way

They are so slow and not fast with delivery of pakkage. Im waiting for a box sind 2 weeks still nothing why.

The poorest service I have ever experienced. Just 60 miles to deliver a package and it’s been 12 days. No pakage yet!!!

USPS has lost and delayed most of the packages of mine

Its sad, they know that your express mail is not going to be on time when they take our money 2-16 now its 2-27 no package and can't get my refund never again oh by the way thats stealing

My package hasn’t been up dated since February 16. It’s now February 28.

I really have no idea why we pay money for their service. It never shows up on the date they say. A week to get something half way across the country. Pony express was faster.
