I recently started my own small business and made some sales I’ve had to ship. Two out of three of my packages were so mangled by you guys that the contents of my packages were smashed and destroyed. I work so hard and people paid good money for these items. So disappointed.

Terrible tracking system they do not update tracking system!

Can't believe that you send and pay for something to be sent overnight from Fl. To NY, and after two days it still sits in Fl. What I see from all this poor service is the USPS foing under. I will be getting my money back, AGAIN !!

I’m a military veteran and my meds are consistently always late. Seems like it got worse with the new Post Master General. Not happy at all. In fact I’m very frustrated.

Package not delivered anywhere near promised date

Been three days my package still has not arrived

yes I sent a package out was supposed to be in South Florida today at 12:00 and it still sitting in Tallahassee today at 1:40 something and I paid extra money this is ridiculous

Paid for an express delivery and my package arrived 5 days later

They do the best they can with what they have to work with.

My package was at postal facility in Pittsburgh where I live. It was transferred to a different Pittsburgh facility and then was sent to Weirton WV ! WTF?????

2 packages sent on Dec.17th from Phoenix,AZ priority to Unionville,VA , did not arrive until January 14th. Had to repack one of the boxes and resend. They were mailed priority mail from Unionville,VA to Christiansburg,VA on 2-8. 1 package arrived 2-12 and as of today 2-17 the second one is still missing. Track it and all it says is in transit. I'm am baffled how it can take this long to deliver a package to a town a 3 hour drive away.

Package appears to be in limbo, waited all day for scheduled delivery, after 6 PM no. Delivery. asked my mail carrier (very nice) who knew nothing about. I reluctantly am at their mercy
