The postal service is awful!! I mailed a certified letter and I don't know if it was sent because of the postal services poor tracking system. It was probably lost!

The precious young lady that normally waits on me is FABULOUS! She always go out of her way to accommodate everyone she waits on. She is professional yet pleasant. I’ve watched her while I’m in line, she treats everyone as if she’s known them a lifetime, when jn fact it may be her first time serving them. She is amazing, always happy always smiling. Thanks to her, I don’t dread going to the Post Office!

The tracking to show where my package is on the map is not in real time. It has been at the same spot for several hours. Looks like the truck broke down. :-/

Are you kidding me!!!! These are the worst people ever. I live in a doubled and my mail always goes to the other house never to mine. They can deliver mail but never my packages. I’m so done with regular mail. Never again. I’m glad my neighbors have cameras that way I can hold my package up and show them I’m not stealing from them. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I mailed some important documents via registered mail to Minneapolis on Wednesday, March 15. It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday morning, but the parcel is still sitting in a sorting facility in Queens, New York with no information available as to when it’s going to be delivered. Unacceptable!

Usps is a JOKE. lose stuff all time....sent a certified letter from azle last Fri. 10 miles to Springtown and it says Thursday.....

Unbelievable. Package that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday March 18, has only this morning arrived at the North Houston facility. The mail has time-sensitive material. So I have to bear the adverse impact of this negligent conduct of the usps.

I handed my package on 3/11/2024, in korea. On 3/12/2024, it shows that it has departed for the STATES. After 6days, that is on 3/18/2024 I got a message still indicating that my package just departed Korea. Am really confused here. It's a priority mail. Today the 19th it still shows that my package just departed Korea. What's all this. What kind of services are you people rendering?

My package was supposed to get there Monday morning. It is still in Harrisburg facility, and it's Tuesday afternoon. I mailed it Friday at 9 AM. It had to go 73 miles and it's still not there.

Very happy with the service received on delivery of my priority package. Will certainly use this US postal service in the future. Excellent service at Leland, N.C. Post office employee. Thank you!

This is so BS. It's telling me my package was delivered EIGHT DAYS BEFORE I ORDERED IT. Do better. This page is worthless.

I’m honestly so pissed off with usps have had a package stuck in Chicago since March 4th and was shipped Feb 23rd and it’s not the 19th this is insane will never use usps ever again
