A parcel I have been waiting for has been sent from Chicago, to Sydney Australia, then back to Chicago and, is now in Tokyo. I'm in South Australia and, have been waiting for it for over a month. I have no idea why it travelled from Sydney, back to Chicago and, is now in Tokyo. So disappointing

The delivery of your packages depends on the whims of the mailman.

Slow and delay delivery. Shouldn't pay for priority if not going to be delivered in 3 days.

You all are terrible and lucky to get even 1 star

The box should have been delivered by Saturday.

mailed my wife a Valentine card it never showed up Priority mail 1 day on 2/5 it shows left Pgh. on 2/6 now lost? Expected delivery was to be 2/6? Looks like delivery to Pgh. on 2/6, not Tampa FL as sent? Post office closed Monday -Holiday will call on Tuesday.

Suppose to have been a two day priority delivery here it is a week after it should of been delivered still saying in transit?

It took a certified letter eight days to get from Rock Hill, SC to get to Columbia, SC. Why????

This is the 2nd time an Express Package is late. Tracking does not reflect true status, so I’m stuck waiting everyday for it since signature required. 2 days late as of now with the status still showing original supposed delivery date. Terrible service.

2nd time my Package says delivered but never delivered.

Mail is sitting in the Chicago distribution center for a week before delivery. Why?

Always late with deliveries, even priority shipping, package can sit at one of there facilities for up to 3 weeks

There seems to be a problem in north Platte. Is there only 1 or2 people working there because everything gets stalled in n p. It is crazy. Very unhappy with the postal service we get today.

Today is February 14th. I’m still waiting for a package that was mailed from Edison, NJ on Jan. 9th. Ridiculous!!!
