I paid priority mail on those parcels that urgently need to be in their destination and till now it's over a week and my parcels hasn't arrived yet. What's going on paying a lot of money and for what???I should just go to UPS or FedEx.

Got to destinations on time. I was a bit worried when they said they were experiencing high volumes of packages since I paid a lot to get them there in two days! So I was happy that it was worth the priority cost.

No help nobody to answer questions

Paid for 2 day priority and it’s now 5 days and still not delivered

I get a package s*** from the same place every month that's $125 miles one way I started driving it because it took five days to get to me now I'm 1200 miles away God knows how long it's going to take seeing as how it isbeen five days and it hasn't even left the city it was shipped from

My certified letter was sent out on Jan. 27, 2021. It’s now Feb. 11,2021 it is still in transit according to this website. Without running out to the post office, there is no way to speak to a live individual for assistance in the matter!

Very bad service priority mail

I like using USPS. The clerks are very friendly and helpful.

Horrible delivery times and constantly losing packages. Insane this organization has become so horrific.

Mailed a 300.00 money order to my credit card. It was never delivered. USPS says there is nothing they can do. So I'm out $300.00.

Still says it's in transit when it was delivered

It took 22 phone calls to finally find package in Georgia. From NYC to Alabama. All they would say is we are sorry
