I am very unhappy with postal service. I paid for a 2 day priority mail. Its been 11 days and my package has not arrived. I do not know how my package went from Florida to New York instead of to Atlanta, Ga. Since this was a check that did not get to my customer in time, I will now have to do a bank money wire to my customer. This is extra expense and trouble for me. I will use FedEx next time. I have been using postal service for many years, but unfortunately, I will be making other arrangements in the future. I am a small business owner.

I really like the tracking I can do on my phone with the tracking number. Our only issue is the drivers we have. Maybe it's not their fault. But not only myself but also the neighbors have spoken in person with the drivers and their are two in my area that are kind of frustrated I think. We try to all help each other by making sure everyone gets the package they are expecting. So if I am expecting a package, I have the information from the site but it's usually delayed because we have to chase it down ourselves. Hope everyone has a great day and thanks for your work!

Letter was supposed to arrive on previous Saturday. It is now Tuesday and tracking only shows up to Saturday and still at a USPS facility. No idea what has happened since Saturday or why it has not been delivered as promised.

My parcel was shipped Monday February 1st. On Tuesday February 2nd, my parcel was at your place in Utah. On Tuesday February 9th it is still in Utah. It keeps saying it's delayed. How about an update on how long you plan on keeping it in Utah. Pick up the slack or I'm going to have to start using another carrier.

I lost two packages with them. One of the packages was a cellphone, the tracking said dropped in my mailbox but I didn't find it in.

My package was delivered to Memphis distribution center on Jan 3 2021 and NEVER MOVED! I COULDN'T GET anyone to help me, talk to me, or tell me why it got stuck there. It's been there almost 6 weeks. This is awful. I had some very essential documents in that package.

Mailed a letter January 19th from Atlanta to Celina, Ohio. It took 2 days to get to Columbus. It’s the 9th of February and it’s still says it’s in Columbus with no additional info available. I sent it certified hoping that would get it there, but nope it’s lost. This is the second time I’ve tried to send this letter. I sent a Christmas card to the same location and it took 28 days to get there. I seem to be getting my bills right on time! What’s going on!!!!!!

Thank you for all the hard work and many hours you all put in during such trying times. Yes some things may come a day or two later once in awhile but totally understandable with the heavy flow of packages going thru the facilities. Hang in there, I do appreciate all your hard work.

I love using USPS. My local hub is efficient and the employees are kind and knowledgeable. Not to mention i buy stamps all of the time. 5 out of 5 for this girl.
