I want my package already

Horrible service,I paid for priority mail which supposed to arrive on Jan 15th and it is still in transit,it was not even updated when I checked it today.It is a birthday present for my grand nice and it is late. Very disappointing, paid a high price and got poor service

They mean what they say. Excellent service and fast deliveries.

Some packages are behind but I know you’ll do your best amd I’m happy with that.:)

Why is it still sitting in Springfield?

Awful!!!!!!!! Plan on you 3-5 day delivery showing up from 6 weeks to NEVER!!! Run, save yourself the aggravation!!!!

I have never been so angry with our US Postal system ever, since this pandemic hit this country. If you need help than hire non- union people temps to get the job done! There are plenty of people willing to work, just to pay their bills and feed their families. Pony Exspress was faster than todays mail.

I have sent a tshirt to good friend in Alberta Canada from California that's one of closest destinations from California to Canada first it was too expensive one tshirt $23 then it's been 13 days now not yet arrived, out of all services post office does in us all bad only one thing there good at started about 20 years ago they put a hole or little cut bottom of your mail to see if they can steal your money and stupid FBI can't event catch them maybe they have part in it, if they fire 95 percent of postal employees starting with top bosses and down we will still have same delivery time how to rate you? Do you have -- 100 stars???

I like workers and they do really good job keeping the customer's safe

Packages list, sent back outgoing b/c too many packages to deal with - awful. I have used USPS and UPS to same location on same day - 8 times. Guess who delivered packages earlier and transparently tracked 100% of the time - you got it, UPS.

Got sent something 2nd day express.. that was 5 days ago! Still haven't recieved it! Not to mention my mail is always getting lost!

Paid for priority and it did NOT arrive until 10 days after the scheduled date! I’m angry and can’t seem to get anybody to help me!
