I send my package in December 18, 2020 and it's still did not reach it's destination outrages, unacceptable, very poor service

My pkg on way to Ohio has been in NJ for 3 days???

I sent a certified letter December 22 and as of January 15 it still has not been delivered.

Ordered a heater and now it is lost ? Because it was supposed to be here Thursday the 14th

Great to be able to track my package & arrive when planned.

Sent package to St Louis from Bolingbrook, IL on 1/11/21. Package went to Pittsburg, PA and 6 days later, is still in transit???? Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot!! Tracking info says "in transit, arriving late". What does "late" mean? One day, one week, one year - what!! You have to go thru Pittsburg to do from Chicago to St. Louis? Will ship UPS/FedEx next time.....

Paid $63 to mail a package priority mail. Took 37 days! My son is having His Christmas onJanuary 17th. Best advertisement you could make for UPS!

I'm not sure why my package has gone on the route it has. My order is going from China to Florida. After getting to the usa in La, california my package was shipped to NY state where it has now made 3 stops in 3 different locations in NYS. Why in the world would you send a package boys for Florida all the way to NYS in the first place or at all? I can't believe I had to pay for this incompetence.

I live in Aurora sent a letter to my son in the same city. It is now in North Dakota waiting to come back here for delivery

My package has been sitting in Houston....75 miles from my home for a week!!!

I paid extra for expedited shipping (2 day). I keep overpaying for this and they still deliver regular delivery. All of their expedited delivery is nothing more than a rip off. Dont even bother because it wont get there.

I ordered this on the 1st and it has been over two weeks. And I hasn't moved from the shipping partner in Fremont CA. Absolutely garbage.

Worst ever. Same every year. Damages to packages. 2020. No refund. Brother shipped 1-4-21 still not here on 1-17-21.
