Lost package? One month still "In Transit"

Yesterday's visit was a fast and pleasant experience. I was assisted by Dayle. She greeted me and asked how she could help me. I had 2 Priority boxes to mail and also needed to purchase stamps. She took time to show me what was available. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I was charged $27.00 for Priority Mail Express with a delivery date of 1-12-2021. It's now almost 24 hours past the delivery time and the envelope is still sitting in Mobile, AL. In 2 days it went 40 miles!

I believe they do the best Posable job, considering all about use.

December 15 and package has not arrived from NY to Alabama.....Is now January 14.

Mid Jan 2021. Still waiting on Nov and Dec 2020 medical supplies. What do I need to do DIE first??

A three day delivery gets swallowed into the black hole that is Jersey.

your problems no are the same as they have been in the past. People are not happy with your service as indicated buy your rating. Yet you do nothing to improve it. What a farce!!!

Why would a package going from Cincinnati to covington Louisiana go to California.its been 2 weeks and still no package.

Very poor and irresponsible service

I paid for a priority mail for my important documents. The place I was sending to wasn’t even a mile away. USPS messed up the zip code after I told them to make sure you wrote the one I showed them. I mailed it on 4th December and it has been over a month and it’s still in transit.
