Mail delivery needs to be privatized so someone can be held accountable. You can't win with a government entity.

No excuse for a packaged shipped from same state has now been roaming around multiple post offices for 6 weeks. Still waiting......

my package is taking forever. its being delivered to Ohio and at first it was in Wisconsin but now its all the way in Florida??? it just doesn’t make since to me

Envelope has been sitting for 10 days in Wash.DC...i had to get a new investigation started. They didn't realize that.they had a problem...I am. CRAZY MAD! ABOUT THIS!!!!!!

Clerks are friendly and calm, especially in my neighborhood center which is often very busy. Always helpful with efficient assistance.

Slowest delivery i've experienced!

I paid for two days shipping and after five days the package still didn’t arrive. I’m very disappointed do not like the way they lied and took my money when I could pay less, it is very dishonest.

Usps lost my sons first package we sent to him..in the Navy. A very important package. So incompetent.

Package suppose to have arrive to resident in 3-4 days but it's still in transient for 7 days

Received a package today 1/11/21 which was mailed on 12/3/20 with tracking. Deplorable on the part kid the USPS Received a packing on 1/7/21 postmarked on 12/19/20

I think the US Postal service like a lot of other frontline workers have been doing a commendable job. I appreciate there hard work and due diligence in these complicated times.

I have two packages from 2 different places out in lala land with the USPS. One was shipped Dec. 17th. Who know if it when I will get that one. Terrible service. I wouldn’t give them 1/2 star. This program skip star. They don’t deserve any.

I have dealt with this postal clerk twice in the past few weeks. I went today to mail an envelope. This worker is always very short with the customers and not customer service oriented at all.
