I purchased pruduct on dec 12 2020 for my husband Christmas gift. Still didn't received yet.

I love the USPS ! Least expensive, and I've had UPS break 4 items. The postal service never has. Just got a package from Pasadena to Washington DC in 2 days USPS!

My item was supposed to be here 01/01. Still not arrived

I took a package to be delivered on November 27, and it still has not been delivered to my husband. It is now January 5. Truly disappointing.

They lost my package, couldn't understand the address and still proceeded to deliver it to someone else instead of sending it back to the person who send me the package.

In a year such as 2020, where mail orders quadrupled if not more, then any year before, the USPS should have been better prepared. MAJOR FAIL. 2 Packages I mailed from Holbrook, NY on 12/14 are still in New Jersey as of 1/03.....no excuse for this lack of preparedness....

Priority 3-day?? It took a month to get to it's destination. And it was a food item. So sad it's not any good anymore. It had mold on it...???

can't get a good answer about my package that's been in transit for days

I’m afraid the package had not delivered since December 16, for my kids...!!! I’m so sad, the tracking information is not accurate

I knew from the company the package is where its at. On dec 30 the tracking had been made but not shipped. And dec 30th till now Jan 5th tracking cant tell me anything so they should tell me its not been shipped. Its not in their hands but they wont say anything.

Packages sit for weeks in one state only to sit for a few more weeks in the distribution state. UPS is better.

It has been a month and my package still has not arrived in Ohio. This is beyond ridiculous, especially when I paid 77dollars to get it there before Christmas! Vary angry!

Several items still in limbo with no notion of any status except 'in transit' for weeks+.
