Rotten service through and through! Why is the package I sent STILL IN COLORADO when it was guaranteed to be delivered on the 22/23rd?!!!? It is the 28th and packages haven’t made it to Minnesota YET!!! Again, worst service ever!!! I want a reimbursement of my 2-day guarantee! Probably have to take you to court to see that happen!!!

My package from PA to MD is lost. Posted in Pittsburgh 12/11/20. Last tracking info "in transit" 12/16/20. I'm considering a refund. Also I have not received packages mailed to me from MD. smh

Unbelievable. Don't blame this on Covid 19. Hire more people , haven't you heard, millions are out of work. UPS and FedEx hire more , why can't you. Hope you are privatized. ....the sooner, the better. Package mailed Dec 10 is still classified as "in route, arriving late" really ?

Very slow ! I mailed a package on December 7 and it still hasn’t arrived at it location in eden prairie mn! Today is December 28th

Now the new excuse is ... its running late because of covid. Anymore you don't need to do your job.

This package was mailed at the Westlake Ohio post office on 12/15/2020 with an estimated delivery date of 12/18/2020 but as of 12/28/2020 has not been received at its destination.

Been waiting 3 weeks for several priority mail packages to arrive

On 12/11/2020, I mailed a package 3 day priority and as of today, 12/28/2020, the package has not been delivered. Very disappointed. UPS or FedEx, here I come next year!

My order has been in Georgia since December 5, Christmas has come and gone and I still have not received my package today is December 28.

The united States postal service is the pitts of service these people could care less about the job they do!!!

I mailed a package on December 15 to Nevada. As of the 28th it is in Lancaster PA an hour and a half away from where I mailed it
