The service is very bad and expensive.This service sould be privatized UPS provides much better service. My package has beeb in the same facility for over a week. Still waiting for two weeks on different facilities. This was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. Tried calling the customer service number and the waiting was over an hour.

They arent doing a great job keeping up with the tracking

Things arrive. Sometimes early.

The USPS should be honest with you when they take your money for shipping a package and tell you that you may never get your package I order something the first week of December and the tracking has said for the past two weeks it is still sitting in NJ I have received all my packages that were shipped by FedX and UPS I will never order anything else that has to come USPS!

I mailed a 2-day priority mail package on Dec 9. On December 22 it is still in transit, to where, I don't know, but it's not in Denver.

Will my presents arrive to destinations by Christmas, since they are stuck I Evensville, In.?

They are a joke, sent pkg to san Angelo,tx and got sent to orlando,Florida. Another pkg is sitting in kansas city now for 2 days that should go to topeka. Ild, i wouldgive the postal system a - 10.

Sent package on the 15 of Dec.now is the 21 and has not moved

I sent five packages on 12/15/2020 and delivery date was for 12/19/2020. Only one to GA was delivered. I'm really hoping they get to g-kids on time.

4 days before Christmas the Post Office was busy but running smoothly

Did not get the option of how my package was to be delivered . Package ordered on a Friday and on a Tuesday still one hour from its origin... ordered my goods on the 18th and my estimated time delivery is on the 28th. Everything thru UPS and Amazon arrived yesterday ON the 21st. And the rest on the 23rd. Take to long...

Horrible delivery everytime

Awful service orders paid for 1-2 day and have multiple packages going on 10-14 days still no movement AWFUL!!

My package for my daughter has been in charlotte since Friday the 18th.
